On a bit of a whim, we decided to drive up to Banff and check out the Canadian Rockies as the last big adventure on this 6 week road trip. I was constantly reminded of two words my nephew Dylan says on repeat (or at least he did 6 weeks ago!)....”Whoa” and “moey”. Translation: “holy crap, that’s cool” and “give me more of that”. Those two words kept repeating in my head while we were here in Canada....the Rockies up there are amazing!
We spent a few days in Banff and Lake Louise area hiking, eating burgers and drinking their beer, filling up a few more times before next week when we’ll get to show off our white skin and beer / burger bellies to the Hawaiians. (also on a bit of a whim, we bumped up the Maui trip a week as well...more sun time!)
Tons of pics and vids here to check out – will let them speak for themselves. Sounding like a broken record, but we are coming back here for sure...and next time to hit the slopes!

OK Langer, I've had it. You know it was bad enough with all the stuff to date but you had to go and add Canada to this deal. I hate you now, and am no longer jealous just MAD !!!
